Good to know
Asked often.
The short version of everything people DM us: one-of-one pieces, sizing, shipping, care. If your question isn't here, get in touch and we'll answer it properly.
- Is every piece really one of one?
- Yes. Every garment starts as second-hand cloth and is reworked by hand in our Cluj-Napoca studio, then numbered and photographed once. Nothing is remade and nothing is reordered, so the day a piece sells is the last day that one exists. What’s available right now is in the catalog.
- How do I know a piece will fit?
- Each piece lists its size and how it fits on its product page. Because every garment began life as something else, cuts vary from piece to piece, so if you want exact measurements before you order, message us on Instagram and we’ll take them for you.
- How do I order?
- Add the piece to your bag and check out, payment is handled securely by Stripe. And because each piece exists exactly once, when your order goes through, that garment is yours alone.
- How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
- We ship with Sameday across Romania: to your address for 25 lei or to an easybox for 18 lei, both in 2-3 working days once your parcel is on its way. Orders of 400 lei or more ship free. The details are on Shipping Information.
- How should I care for my piece?
- Gentle wash, cold, inside out. Every piece is finished by hand, painted panels, patches, stitching, so give it hand care in return and it will stay with you for a long time.
- Can you make something custom for me?
- Yes. Bring us an idea, or a garment of your own you’d like reworked, and we’ll make it once, for you. Start on the Custom Orders page or send us a DM on Instagram.
- What are the Sip & Style workshops?
- Small creative sessions we run in Cluj-Napoca cafés, you personalise a piece over coffee with friends, no experience needed. Upcoming dates are on the Workshops page.
- Can I return a piece?
- Online orders can be returned within 14 days, the full details are on Returns & Exchanges. Custom pieces are made to your specification, so they can’t be returned, but catalog pieces always can.
