- Is every piece really one of one?
- For our blazers, vests or other upcycled items yes, uniqueness is at the heart of what we do. We don’t create 100% identical pieces, every piece has its own character. Similar designs can be recreated, but never exactly the same. Regarding T-shirts & tops designs can sometimes be recreated, but we don’t produce in large quantities or collections with extensive stock. Our pieces are made by hand and produced in very limited numbers, which means that even when recreating a design, no two pieces will ever be 100% identical.
- How do I know a piece will fit?
- Each piece has its own fit and measurements, which you’ll find listed on the product page. If you’re unsure about sizing or how a piece will fit, feel free to get in touch with us on Instagram before ordering, we’re happy to help you find the right fit.
- How do I order?
- Add the piece to your bag and check out, payment is handled securely by Stripe. And because each piece exists exactly once, when your order goes through, that garment is yours alone.
- How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
- We ship with Sameday across Romania: to your address for 25 lei or to an easybox for 18 lei, both in 2-3 working days once your parcel is on its way. Orders of 400 lei or more ship free. The details are on Shipping Information.
- How should I care for my piece?
When it comes to our blazers, we recommend professional cleaning, as they often feature delicate details that require extra care. For T-shirts with large, non-removable metal details or bead embroidery, we recommend hand washing only, in cold or lukewarm water, using a mild detergent without bleach. We do not recommend using a tumble dryer and please avoid placing the iron directly on any applied details. All other pieces, including garments with painted details, can be machine washed at a maximum of 30°C on a short, gentle cycle.
Don’t worry, every order comes with a care card inside the package, with all the information you need and the recommended care instructions for the specific piece you’ve purchased.
- Can you make something custom for me?
- Absolutely. We’d love to hear your idea. Tell us a little about what you have in mind and we’ll get back to you with the next steps. You can start by visiting our Custom Orders page or send us a message on Instagram.
- What are the workshops all about?
- We create creative spaces in different locations for our local community, where you can sign up for a hands-on experience and paint or customise different pieces provided by us. So far, we’ve hosted Sip & Paint workshops on tote bags and T-shirts, as well as Sip & Style workshops, where you can personalise your own piece while enjoying a cocktail or coffee. No experience is needed, just come, have fun, and get creative. We also offer private workshops and creative experiences for your own events, upon request. - Can I return a piece?
- Online orders can be returned within 14 days, the full details are on Returns & Exchanges. Custom pieces are made to your specification, so they can’t be returned, but catalog pieces always can.
