EU consumer law gives you the right to withdraw from an online order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

One-of-one pieces from the catalog are stock pieces and fully returnable. Only work made to your specification is different, see Custom orders below.

   Tell us in writing within 14 days of receiving your piece, no reason needed. An email to re.boornn01@gmail.com is enough, or use the model form below. If your order arrives in separate parcels, the 14 days count from the last one.

2. 02

   Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it, unworn, with the tags still attached and the hand-finished details intact. Return address: Str. Anton Pann 34-38, Cluj-Napoca.

   We refund your original payment method within 14 days of the piece arriving back (or of your proof of shipping it), including the standard delivery cost of your original order.

The cost of return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece arrived faulty, then the courier is on us. Returning by easybox? Ask us for a return QR code, then you only pay the return shipping, directly at the locker when you drop off the parcel. You are only liable for any drop in the piece's value caused by handling beyond what you'd do to try it on in a shop.

Every piece is one of one, so a like-for-like exchange is usually not possible. If yours is not right, we can help you choose a different piece instead.

Pieces made or personalised to your specification are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right, because they are made for you alone. We agree fit and details with you before work starts. Your rights for faulty or non-conforming products are not affected.

If a piece arrives faulty, or is not what we described, the legal conformity guarantee covers it for 24 months. Contact us and we will offer a repair, a replacement of equal value where one is possible, or a refund.

If you cannot attend a booked workshop, contact us as early as you can and we will try to move your booking to a future date.

You can use this model form to notify us of a return. Any other clear written statement also counts.
