re.born is the upcycling studio of Reborn Restyling SRL, a Romanian company. When these terms say “we”, that is us, and “you” is the person placing an order or booking a workshop seat.

Every piece in our catalog is one of one, reworked by hand from second-hand garments. The photos show the actual piece you'll receive, not a sample from a production run.

Small irregularities are part of hand-made upcycled work: a hand-stitched seam that wanders a little, a faded patch from the garment's first life. They are characteristics of the work, not defects.

All prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include all taxes. The only thing added at checkout is the delivery cost you choose, shown before you pay. We accept card payments, handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.

Because every piece exists exactly once, if two people buy the same piece at the same moment, only the first completed payment stands, and the other is refunded in full immediately.

We ship across Romania with Sameday, to your address or to an easybox. Costs, timing and the free-shipping threshold are on the Shipping Information page, which is part of these terms.

Returns work as described on the Returns & Exchanges page, which is also part of these terms. You have the 14-day withdrawal right that EU law gives you for online orders.

Custom pieces are quoted individually and made to your specification. Because they are made for you, they are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right, which is why we agree fit and details with you before we start cutting. Your legal rights for faulty or non-conforming products still apply in full.

Everything we sell is covered by the legal conformity guarantee: if a piece turns out faulty or not as described within 24 months, tell us and we will make it right with a repair, a replacement of equal value where one is possible, or a refund.

A booked workshop spot is for the stated date. If you can't make it, tell us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to move your spot to a future session.

The photos and text on this site belong to re.born. Please do not reuse them commercially without our permission.

If something is wrong with your order, write to us first at re.boornn01@gmail.com or through the contact page.

If we can't sort it out between us, you can turn to ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, or use its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and EU consumer protection rules apply in full. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
